Mullaloo Beach Suites and Sorrento Beach Resort implemented guest wireless internet and IP telephony which allowed the Hotels to increase revenue that was previously unattainable due to the outdated and unreliable existing systems. Powered by Cisco technology, the wireless and telephony solution not only increased guest satisfaction and hence revenue, it also increased staff morale due to the drastic reduction in support requests and complaints.
