The recently released Webex Calling product provides calling capabilities via the Webex cloud. As one of only 5 launch partners, Kytec are deeply engaged with the Cisco teams to bring the most anticipated launch of 2019 to the market. A cloud based platform based on the industry leading meetings platform, Webex, provides customers with an opportunity to migrate from their legacy on-premise architecture whilst retaining the enterprise grade hardware and availability that Cisco is known for.

Contact Centre

Kytec are renowned for our contact center expertise with deep domain experts around the customer care domain and the technology that drives it.
